Ed McMahon, the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson sidekick host will appear at the opening of the new Royal Crown HoldEm Club
Ed McMahon, who has been Johnny Carson sidekick host in the Tonight Show until 1992, will appear at the opening of a new poker club in downtown Muncie.
McMahon will sign copies of his book, Heres Johnny, based on his memories from co-hosting the Tonight Show at the newly opened Royal Crown HoldEm Club on Tuesday evening. He will also appear at the famous local restaurant 909 Grille on Monday evening.
McMahons appearance was Linda Koger idea, who owns a local liquor store and co owns the Royal Crown building. Ryan Clements also owns the Royal Crown HoldEm Club. He remembered McMahon from Star Search and the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes, which broadcasted winners with a cardboard check on television.
