Casinos in London England are preparing for a wave of cheating Roulette players armed with the latest in cheating technologies, specifically a device that makes the claim that it will increase your chances of winning by up to 90%. They are preparing themselves by adding new security around all Roulette tables.
The device uses special computer software to determine the most likely winning numbers. Even though it is not been declared as illegal yet by the British gambling regulators, the casinos are banning the use of the machines in their casinos.
Gambling professionals speaking to the Guardian paper said that if they were to declare this machine illegal it would be an admission that roulette is a biased and not a totally random game.
The Commission is telling all casinos not to pay anyone caught using this device in the casino. The device is made up of 3 components, the first is a clicker to input the numbers that have recently come up, the main piece is the computer that calculates the speed of the ball and the wheel and the last piece is an ear piece that the computer uses to notify you of the number to bet on.
The roulette computer coasts about $1,200. The gambling commission has been aware of its existence since 2005, when an organized group of professional gambling cheaters used them to win over one and a half million dollars at the Ritz casino in London.
